Refund Policy

1. No Returns / No Refunds

All INARA bangles are handmade and made-to-order, so we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

 

2. Exchanges (Only in Specific Cases)

We offer exchanges only if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged item received

  • Size issue (only for standard sizes)

Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused & in original packaging

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video are required

  • Custom orders cannot be exchanged

 

4. Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the error is from our side → Free replacement

  • If it's a size issue or customer error → Customer pays return shipping

 

5. Custom Orders

Customized colors, sizes, or bridal sets are not eligible for exchange or return.
